If there were one dish I could eat year-round, it would be a cool, crisp, refreshing salad. This Caesar salad dressing checks all of those boxes and is incredibly flavorful. This dressing isn’t overly garlicky or fishy; it is perfect and perfectly balanced in flavor. The lemon brightens it up while the garlic and anchovy paste work to make that ideal Caesar taste. I love keeping a jar of this dressing ready in the fridge for a quick Caesar salad or chicken salad or even to throw a chicken Caesar salad wrap together! While the flavor is perfect, this dressing is also effortless to make. You will never have to have store-bought Caesar dressing in your fridge again after you realize it takes 5 minutes or less to prepare yourself.

Ingredients you will need to make Easy Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

  • Mayonnaise, or 1 cup of avocado oil and 1 egg to make your own mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Anchovy paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan – freshly grated

Step-By-Step Instructions To Make Easy Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

If you are making homemade mayonnaise, you will start by adding 1 cup of avocado oil and 1 egg into a jar. Using an immersion blender, place this blender directly on top of the egg yolk and blend to emulsify the oil and egg together. Continue blending until all of the oil is emulsified and you have mayonnaise.

Combine all of your ingredients in a glass jar. I like to use my immersion blender, but you can also whisk everything together by hand.

Store the Caesar salad dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Note: If your Caesar salad dressing becomes thick in the fridge, you can quickly thin it out with water.
