Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Anchovy paste
  • 1/3 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan freshly grated

Homemade Mayonnaise:

  • 1 cup Avocado oil
  • 1 Egg room temperature

Instructions

Homemade Mayonnaise:

  • If you are making homemade mayonnaise, you will start by adding 1 cup of avocado oil and 1 egg into a jar. Using an immersion blender, place this blender directly on top of the egg yolk and blend to emulsify the oil and egg together. Continue blending until all of the oil is emulsified and you have mayonnaise.

Caesar Salad Dressing:

  • Combine all of your ingredients in a glass jar. I like to use my immersion blender, but you can also whisk everything together by hand.
  • Store the Caesar salad dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Note:

  • If your Caesar salad dressing becomes thick in the fridge, you can quickly thin it out with water.
