Simple Breakfast Tacos

Discover how to whip up simple breakfast tacos that are perfect for brunch or a quick meal for any time of the day!

Ingredients

Simple Breakfast Tacos:

  • 2 Eggs scrambled
  • 2 Bacon slice cooked
  • 1 Tbsp Adobo aioli
  • 1 Tbsp Microgreens
  • 2 Tortillas

Adobo Aioli:

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Adobo sauce
  • 1/2 Lime freshly squeezed
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Make the adobo aioli by mixing together all of the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  • char the tortillas on both sides over an open flame.
  • Assemble the tacos- layer the bacon, eggs, sauce, and microgreens on top of each tortilla.
