Simple Breakfast Tacos

Simple Breakfast Tacos:
- 2 Eggs scrambled
- 2 Bacon slice cooked
- 1 Tbsp Adobo aioli
- 1 Tbsp Microgreens
- 2 Tortillas
Adobo Aioli:
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Adobo sauce
- 1/2 Lime freshly squeezed
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Make the adobo aioli by mixing together all of the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
char the tortillas on both sides over an open flame.
Assemble the tacos- layer the bacon, eggs, sauce, and microgreens on top of each tortilla.
