1. Either on the stovetop or on the brown setting(if available) in your crockpot, brown the ground beef with a pinch of salt.
2. Now add in your onion, green pepper, jalapeno, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt, and sauté until the onion begins to soften.
3. Add all of your spices(chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and cayenne) and toast your spices for 30 seconds.
4. If cooked on the stovetop, add everything to your crockpot and set it on low for 8 hours. If cooked in your crockpot, change the setting to cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Add in your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, broth, salt, and pepper.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
7. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, jalapeños, avocado, or whatever your heart desires. Enjoy!
